Very nice, clean and tidy room. Has everything I needed. A lot of noise from other rooms comes through the walls as not exactly sound proofed. Only an issue if you have noisy neighbours that play music at 4am or talk loudly late into the night.

We enjoyed having a bedroom separate from the living area so there were no appliance lights shining when we were getting to sleep. The Studio was very clean, spacious and well-equipped.

The location is wonderful, the studio has all necessary amenities and instruction booklets for use. We loved sitting on the verandah eating our food, watching and listening to the birds.
