"Our trip was 7/5-7/8 and morning of 7/6 and 7/7 hammering above us started early morning and continued all DAY LONG till late afternoon. Someone came around mid day 7/7 from hotel due to complaints. Nothing was done about it. I called office that afternoon and was supposed to receive a call back. ..."

"Room didn’t have a fridge just an ice bucket but the ice machines weren’t working & reception unhelpful. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty for the whole of our stay. Not great for a Hilton property"

"It's a new building property and everything looks new, except the bed seems like your sleeping in a wave, should have a a firm cushion bed..I slept like 3 hours, for people that don't mind that issue, I guess it's ok.."
