Situated at the 1 MM of the Gravois, you'll be a short boat ride from premier destinations such as The Strip, Encore, Coconuts, Jolly Rogers, H Toads, and Shady Gators, to name just a few.

This spacious home boasts a renovated interior and direct waterfront access, with tie-on mooring for boats or kayaks and an Aqua Lily Pad for getting out on the water. The neighborhood's no-wake zone makes it an ideal spot for swimming and fishing as well. Osage National and The Ridge Golf Courses are both within a short drive, as are the town center of Lake Ozark and Osage Beach shops, restaurants, and family-friendly amusements. When you're not out on the water or exploring, take in lakefront views from one of the two private decks or challenge your guests to some friendly competition in the home game room.

The main floor's large, open layout comes perfectly designed for family gatherings, with vaulted beam ceilings and ample windows for a bright and airy home ambience. Plush new seating, a built-in fireplace, a large smart TV, and Bluetooth speakers set the scene for casual relaxation upstairs, while Ping-Pong, a pool table, and board games provide plenty of family fun in the downstairs game room.

Both decks are primed for admiring the views. The main-floor deck includes a gas grill and a picnic table for waterfront dining. Meanwhile, the sleek stainless steel kitchen boasts all the upgraded appliances you need for easy meal prep. Central air conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the home essentials.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
