This cozy historic bookstore has been transformed into a chic 2 bedroom space for a unique Rockport experience! Enjoy the convenience (and rare amenity in dowtown Rockport!) of 2 reserved parking spaces. Step into this pre-1900 space and you'll be greeted by an open space full of rich colors and light. The vaulted ceilings and exposed beams are the perfect backdrop to this central gathering spot. A colorful kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for meals. Relax on the sofa and stream your favorites on the 4K smart TV.

On one end of this living space you'll find the first bedroom. More high ceilings and exposed beams along with a large king sized mattress make this feel like a spacious retreat. On the opposite end of the living area you'll step up to find the washer+dryer and full bathroom with standup shower. The bedroom on this end of the apartment has colorful accents and a convenient remote workspace.

All spaces have been professionally designed with gorgeous details and colors throughout. The historic character of this charming New England space has been preserved for your enjoyment without sacrificing comfort or modern style! Not to mention you are just steps away from all that quaint downtown Rockport has to offer!

This is a lovely place to stay when visiting Rockport. It is easily accessed, has great parking, and is near (many of them are just walking distance away) the local shops and restaurants. The unit was spotless, the kitchen has all you need to make a meal, and the accommodations are very comfortable. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to relax and enjoy your stay in the area.

Fantastic location

This place was in a great location in Rockport and we could walk to everything in matter of minutes. Unit was so clean and extremely well stocked with everything. Having a washer and dryer was also a huge bonus. We’d definitely stay again .

Great place!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It has everything you would need for a very comfortable stay. Upon arriving, the apartment was spotless, roomy, and the beds are very comfortable. Check in was simple and the hosts were extremely responsive. The location can’t be beat and the parking is right there. We highly recommend this place and will return.

Wonderful unit & great location near the beach

We had a great stay here. Very convenient walking distance to the beach and shops. The unit is fully equipped with all the essentials. Clear instructions were provided. The host is very responsive. 2 parking spots provided which is very convenient. The space is just beautiful! If I have to give a constructive feedback I would say the towels need to be updated. They were very thin and just don't have much life in them. Overall, great experience and we will definitely come back.

Excellent property and location

Excellent location. I walked from the train station with my luggage. Only 8 minutes. Property next to a market and pizza parlor. Short walk to town, front beach and back beach. Very clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed my stay.
