This place is very clean and comfortable and perfect landing place to explore Rockport. I have family in the area and have been staying here when I visit. The bed is comfortable and not too soft which is a priority for me.

Very clean property located on the rock port harbor and downtown. Amazing view of the harbor. Enjoyed watching the lobster boats leaving early in the morning. Our host was very gracious and accommodating. Very walkable location with lots to do. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Space was super clean , Gigi answered promptly with any concerns. The view from the porch came as advertised! The only thing missing were a couple of wine glasses to celebrate our vacation celebration!

I grew up in Rockport for 20 years, and this place is in such an amazing location, and it’s the perfect size for an extended stay. I can’t speak enough about the location, you are on T-Warf and in walking distance to literally everything. It’s very private and peaceful. Parking is available everywhere around it, and if you know where to look, free parking is very close. The place was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC cooled the place down perfectly. I will be booking this every time I come home to visit.

We loved our stay. Seconds away from downtown with a nice view of the harbor. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed.

For me it was the best of all worlds - close to the charm of the main action of Rockport, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet and everyday coming and going of the town. There's a harbor view from the top of the outside stairs with a small table for morning coffee in the good weather. The apartment was spotless and just as described.

Perfect location!

Everything was great! Beautiful location in the center of Rockport, close to everything. Very clean, with a well-supplied kitchen. The host was very responsive and left great recommendations for food and area attractions.

We had such a good time in Rockport! We stayed two weeks, and Gigi's place was perfect for us. It couldn't have been in a more convenient location, close to everything! Shopping, restaurants, the harbor. We could walk everywhere and it was a great home base for day trips through all of Cape Ann. Definitely recommend!

Gigi's wharfside apartment was the perfect little home base for exploring Rockport and the North Shore. The location was in the heart of the downtown but still quiet at night, communication was thorough and responsive, and the property was expertly managed. The space is simple and no frills but immaculately kept and has all the basics you could need for a wonderful stay.

Cool little 1BR apartment above a gallery. Very private, steps from water and galleries and shops in central Rockport. Host very communicative and helpful. Lovely stay in a lovely little town.

Mini Honeymoon Stay

My husband and I stayed here while on our mini honeymoon. Rockport is such a cute town and the location of this property puts you right in the middle of everything! We tried a couple of restaurants in town that were amazing, went to the cutest local shops and went whale watching in Gloucester which is only 10 minutes away. We loved having the little balcony to drink our coffee in the mornings and the kitchen was great to prepare small meals so we didn’t have to eat out every meal. Gigi also provided so much great information on places to visit nearby! Such a great trip!

The apartment was bright, clean and had a great location and view. I think the description should mention that there is a steep flight of stairs to reach the apartment. My husband and I are in our 80’s and it was not easy navigating the stairs. Also the description should mention there is no dedicated parking, you need to find off-street parking which we did but I would like to know that ahead of time.if neither of those things matter to you, as I said it’s a great location and view.

Lovely conveniently located apartment

Thank you to our excellent host for our very enjoyable two night stay this week. The recently remodeled apartment is very comfortable and ideally located in Rockport. Although there is not a dedicated parking space, we had no problem finding a free one with the suggestions of the host. Our entire experience was first rate!
