Welcome to Packsaddle Beach House where the Hill Country of Texas meets the salt life of Rockport. Enjoy the fenced-in half-acre where your children and/or dog may safely play. Take advantage of the newly installed firepit where s'mores and storytelling are the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. The fish cleaning house is on-site for your convenience. Feel the cool sea breeze from Copano Bay on the back porch where you can chill sitting on the patio furniture or porch swing and fire up the gas grill to cook your catch of the day.

Unwind in the open concept living area, which offers plush furnishings and a Smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The sparkling kitchen is well-equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample cookware.

When meals are ready, gather at the six-person table.

BED & BATH

This two-story home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.

Sleep soundly in the master bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed and a 40” smart TV with a Blu-ray player. The main bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower.

Find comfort in the second bedroom, which provides a twin-size daybed with a twin-size trundle underneath. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The upstairs third bedroom has a queen-size bed and a 32' smart TV. Please note this room is accessed via an exterior staircase.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The sprawling backyard offers plenty of room to relax and entertain. Fire up the gas grill and host an afternoon cookout, or enjoy a refreshing beverage on one of the spacious patios and relax on the porch swings.

A fish cleaning station is convenient after a great day on the water.

Parking available for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway. Additional street parking may available on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is space for a boat trailer on-site.

Your central location makes it easy to access the area’s attractions, including the bay and boat ramp. After days of fun in the sun, head into Rockport to check out popular restaurants and establishments.

For wildlife watching, visit Goose Island State Park or Aransas National Wildlife Refuge.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
