Gorgeous downstairs, waterfront, one bedroom, one bath condo. Sleeps four to five. Unit is on the canal side of Aransas Bay. Complex amenities include a swimming pool, tennis court, lighted pier, private boat launch, cross bridge and finger piers, fish cleaning station, two covered barbeque pavilions, and a private beach area on the bay side of the complex. Fish from your back door or from the 500-foot lighted pier. Ten minutes to Rockport Beach. Ten minutes to Goose Island State Park.

King-size bed in master bedroom with a flat-screen TV, and a Graco Pack-n-Play for the little one. Brand new memory foam mattress and plush mattress topper on the queen-size sofa sleeper. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.

Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig Duo for either single-cup or full-pot coffee brewing (guests provide their coffee), dishes, glasses, pots, pans, toaster, silverware, and cooking utensils. Appliances include a standard-size refrigerator with an ice maker, a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer in the unit. Covered deck for enjoying the sea breeze and the scenery.

Standard cable and internet service are provided. Assigned parking with plenty of guest parking. Stay for the weekend, a week, or a month.
