  • This four bedroom house with a private pool is located in a quiet, safe, established neighborhood just 5 minutes walking from the beach and many amenities on the vibrant South Coast of Barbados.

    The interior of the house boasts two floors with high ceilings on the upper floor, contemporary furnishings and natural light. The living area upstairs is spacious with plush sofas and a bar and leads onto a separate open sunny TV room. A formal dining area is bright and open with a glass-topped table and is conveniently located next to the fully equipped kitchen.

    With four well-appointed and comfortably furnished bedrooms, the house will easily sleep up to eight guests. All of the bedrooms offer air conditioning and cooling ceiling fans- making it a refreshing retreat at night after a sun filled day at the beach or exploring the island. Three of the bedrooms are located upstairs, while the fourth is located on the ground floor. The ground floor also has their own entertaining space with a TV room, wet bar, casual dining nook, and powder room - there is also a Keurig coffee machine if you'd like to bring your favourite k-pods. A pull-out bed is available for an extra cost per night if needed.

    Outside there is a lovely pool and a covered gazebo with plenty of comfy chairs and couches for those wishing to relax - this is a lovely space for the whole group. The house is kept secure by electronic gates and smart locks.

    Blessed Manor is the perfect holiday home for families, groups of friends or couples traveling together. Close to restaurants, shopping, beaches, supermarkets and more - it is perfectly located on the beautiful island of Barbados. The home is located at the end of a quiet residential street and while it receives little to no vehicular traffic it may be visited by local wildlife from time to time such as crickets, parakeets, roosters, green monkeys and small geckos who keep to themselves. This is part of the tropical island charm but some visitors not familiar with the noise may wish to bring earplugs for sleeping.

    Please note: Guests must sign a waiver in order to use the pool.

Amazing stay at Blessed Manor! House was very clean and spacious and perfect for our group of 8 adults. Backyard was our favourite hangout when we were not at the beach. Perfect location with walking distance to great beaches, beach bars, and restaurants. Our hosts and property managers were very prompt, friendly, and accommodating. Would highly recommend. Thanks for a great Barbados vacation.

Had an amazing stay with our children and grand children , pool was great and the rooms and beds were really spacious . Quality linen and furniture in this amazing villa . Walking distance to supermarket shops restaurants bars and beach .Would definitely book again!

Family mansion

We had a wonderful time and there was so much space and well thought out areas for games, relaxing, eating, quiet time and a wonderful pool and outdoor area. Perfect!

Great stay. Very responsive and close to main road so it made it easy to get around. Every detail of stay was well thought out. Even came to clean the villa for us and offered many amenities usually not found in vacation rentals. Really enjoyed my stay and very clean!

Property was big enough for eight adults. Kitchen is on the small side if you are trying to cook with others. Outdoor space is lovely, but there are barking dogs in the background.which some find annoying. . Walking distance to stores and beach. Property manager was very responsive to getting us a working coffee pot.

We had a wonderful stay at Blessed Manor. The house is huge and very well equipped but could do with a few more sun loungers when you have full occupancy. Great location and was wonderful having the monkeys coming into the garden during the day. Will definitely be booking again for next year .

A great house to host a family vacation

We were a party of 9, the youngest 3 and the oldest 65. We all loved our stay. The house is enormous and very comfortable. The outside space was lovely and the pool was so inviting. The area although quiet is a short walk from the beach and shops. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

We really liked the location of the place. It was close to restaurants and beach. About a 10 min walk to the beach was just enough and close by to what we were looking for. The hosts communicated well and helped us get inside. There was more space in the home than expected for a big group. A cool surprise was a cute family of monkeys who walked through the backyard which was really cool.

Great house! Accommodated 8 of us nicely with tons of space. Outdoor area was awesome and the pool was incredible. One block from main road yet quiet. Beach close by and within walking distance. Literally 200m from Shakers restaurant, which we highly recommend! Beds were very comfortable, AC in every room and the house which was a godsend. Very safe neighborhood and close to everything you need. Highly recommend!

Bluescape was the most beautiful escape I have had! My friend and I had an awesome time. From the well appointed rooms, kitchen with everything we needed to prepare our meals to the beautiful surroundings and gorgeous pool, this villa is the truth! The staff were extremely professional and helpful. All cleaning services happened like clockwork. We appreciated the responsiveness of the host whenever we had queries and we enjoyed the most relaxing few days in Barbados! Bluescape was definitely the highlight of our visit!

We spent the last 2 weeks of March at Blessed Manor. It was the perfect location… easy walk to the beach and lots of restaurants. Thank goodness for the pool because it was so hot our entire stay! The house is super spacious. We stayed with three other couples and there was loads of room. This was our first visit to Barbados and we will definitely be back and are already planning our trip for next year. Highly recommend staying at this house for large groups/families. Everything you need and more!

Blessed Manor is truly blessed. The home looks exactly as the pictures and if anything even bigger. We traveled with 5 guest, everyone had their own space and bathroom. The pool was amazing for the sunny days and the seating area outside was great for dinner. Taunia was an amazing concierge. She gave us lovely recommendations and had everything set before our arrival. Mr. Glen and Junie were the greatest in helping us during our stay. Definitely recommend and will be visiting again !

Blessed Manor (or the Pink House as we call it) was perfect to host our group of 6 for a week-long BIM getaway. First off, it is huge; so much space to spread out comfortably. Secondly, the outdoor space (love the new pool!) is ideal for lounging and gathering. The house is just up the street from the Hastings boardwalk, so it is very close to bars/restaurants and Rockley beach. Glen came twice to change out our sheets and towels and we super friendly- he remembered some people from our group that had stayed there previously. We would 100% stay here again - thanks for everything!

2nd Visit

We absolutely love this villa, the size and layout really suits the needs of our family. I only have one niggle and that is it really needs new sofas they are not the most comfortable,and are leaking feathers at a tremendous rate. I love the fact the villa has two washers and dryers great for a large family like ours. The beds are really comfortable and huge! The villa is situated in a great area, walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants. With an amazing rib restaurant literally just up the road. We will be back for our 3rd time next year

Family vacation 2025

6 adults ( ages 32-67) and a one year old shared this accommodation. Very spacious giving us plenty of room to spread out. Pool was a real godsend. Outdoor space had a nice shady area as well as sunny spots. The house was well stocked with kitchen utensils and spices. Some water toys and beach gear were welcomed. The location is ideal. Less than 5 minute walk to boardwalk; 10 minutes to Rockly beach; 20 minutes to grocery store; 5 min to restaurants 5 minute to mini mart Monkeys in neighbours tree were a treat - Crowing roosters through the night, not so much! Contact through rental company was swift and efficient. Would happily return

The Villa was beautiful. The rooms were decorated so nicely. The amenities were great. Everything that you could possibly need was available.

Blessed Manor

Whilst I give a top rating and my family had an excellent holiday at the Manor, there were a couple of issues that should be reviewed. On arrival the PIN number to open the house doors didn't work. Luckily we had a local phone and after calling the office and being transferred to concierge and then property manager the code was reset remotely and we gained access. However at 3pm with the sun on the touch pad it is incredibly difficult to tell which numbers you are actually inputting. It took about 40 minutes and was very frustrating and stressful. It would be more so for someone straight off a flight. We were already on the island. The other issue really annoyed me. One of the lavatories blocked first thing next morning less than 24 hours since occupation. I was told I would have to pay something like 130 dollars to have it unblocked. An angry telephone conversation resulted in a visit by a very grumpy property manager and assistant who sorted the matter in a matter of minutes. I regret to say the concierge/property manager side of the business let's you down badly. And on that point, your welcoming paper work could be interpreted to suggest someone will meet you at the property on first arrival. If that is not the case I believe it should be made clear that initial access is done remotely. Having said all that it is a lovely property, beautifully appointed and an excellent base for a family holiday.
