  • Bienvenido a Rockland y Lamorna Cottage!
    Esta casa de 1880 ha sido cuidadosamente restaurada. La cabaña ofrece una verdadera escapada en una tranquila calle de South End. Está a una corta distancia a pie de todo lo que Rockland tiene para ofrecer: festivales, tiendas, museos de clase mundial, el paseo marítimo, varios restaurantes y la pequeña playa pública.
    En el primer piso, hay una sala de estar con un sofá y sillas seccionales, un televisor con conexión a internet y un reproductor de DVD con una variedad de películas. También hay un gran comedor con capacidad para 6 personas, una cocina gourmet totalmente equipada con isla, un baño de 3/4 (ducha) y un armario de lavandería con lavadora y secadora grandes.
    En el segundo piso, hay dos habitaciones, una con una cama queen y la otra con una cama queen y una doble. Ambas habitaciones tienen mesas auxiliares, oficinas, lámparas de mesa y ventiladores de techo. También hay un baño completo en el pasillo del segundo piso con una bañera profunda.
    Fuera de la cocina hay una terraza con asientos al aire libre, una mesa de picnic, parrilla de gas y un pequeño jardín. El patio delantero es un lugar soleado para pasar el rato en las sillas Adirondack.
    El número de invitados está limitado a 4 más hasta 2 niños (hay una cama plegable en el comedor y un sofá grande en la sala de estar). Hay pisos de madera en todas partes.
    Hay internet gratis disponible y aceptamos mascotas. Cobramos $ 25 por cada huésped adicional de más de 4 años para cubrir la ropa de cama y la limpieza.

Comfortable stay in a great spot

This house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our week long stay. Also in a really great spot to walk into Rockland for coffee, dinner or shopping.

This house is amazing! The kitchen is beautiful and so well stocked. Fantastic layout with so much light coming in. Love the location, only a few blocks from the ocean with wonderful walking paths. It felt like home and we hated to leave.

The house was very nice and stocked with everything, we could possibly need. One note, we arrived during a record heat wave, and he home does not have air conditioning. This was not listed as included, however, it was not called out that it did not have central air, like it's called out no carbon monoxide detector. There is a ton to do in the area, I would recommend this property to others.

Great place to stay!

We had a really great stay. The house is very clean and updated and had a very well stocked kitchen. It was an easy walk to downtown Rockland. Would definitely recommend!

My daughter and I loved our stay. Juli is an excellent host and easy to contact. My daughter was able to work in the dining room while I took her dog into the also pet-friendly town. Perfect location. The binder full of suggestions for the area was appreciated. The home was exactly as described only better!

Lovely cottage home

Family of 4 (older teens) were very comfortable here. Plenty of space and great kitchen. Remodeled nicely! Easy walk to downtown and waterfront.

Fun in Rockland

My husband and I rented the house as we visited our son in the area. This home is very comfortable with plenty of room and a very nice kitchen, great for cooking in. The neighborhood is super quiet and it’s an easy 10 minute walk to downtown Rockland. We would definitely recommend this home and would stay here again!

This is the quintessential Maine home and located in a perfect place in Rockland, ME for ease of experiencing the area. Just a couple of blocks away, one can find restaurants, museums, the shore, shopping and more. The neighborhood is quiet and conducive to good sleep. The home is beautifully clean and well stocked with amenities to accommodate a family for a week. It is decorated so charmingly and one feels they are truly living the essence of Maine. The owners answered all questions in a very timely manner. My family of three truly enjoyed the week we spent there.

Great Maine Location

We so enjoyed time spent at this bright & beautiful house from spinning records & sipping coffee in the morning while planning our day to catching up on our Netflix shows at night after a long day of sightseeing. The location is a great midway point for many Maine attractions — Acadia, Bar Harbor, Camden, Mt. Battie, Owl’s Nest Lighthouse, Marshall Point Lighthouse, Boothbay, Maine Botanical Gardens, Farnsworth Art Museum and more. FYI - fun food find was Moody’s Diner south of Rockland on Route 1. Thanks so much for great stay.
