Bostwick Lake is a Sandy bottom 218 acre all sports lake. Here, you will find our vacation home with over 3500 ft² of furnished luxury, with breath taking lake views from almost every window. Featuring 4 bedrooms 3.5 baths, you'll have room for everyone!
The main floor has an open concept with a generous living room with a gas fireplace, large screen TV, and plenty of seating. The living area flows to a generously sized, well-appointed kitchen and formal dining room with sliders out to a furnished deck. The main floor also holds a beautiful primary suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, and primary bath featuring a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower. There is also a main floor laundry and an additional half bath at front entry.
The upper level features 2 additional bedrooms, one with an adjustable king bed and the other with 2 twin beds, a full bathroom, and a dedicated workspace. All the bedrooms offer plenty of storage.
From here, you can walk straight out to the furnished patio and the lake. Fish from the dock, swim, float, play in the sand, and soak up the sun! Evenings are a perfect time to gather outside around the gas fireplace and enjoy the amazing sunsets!
For added security, there is a ring doorbell on the entrance of the home, a camera on the downstairs entry door, and a camera on the outside mechanical door.
Rent includes the use of the 3 kayaks. Also included are life jackets and towels for all! There is also a 21" Bennington pontoon boat with 50 horse power motor, available to rent.
Rental is a 7 day minimum, Saturday to Saturday from, June 14th thru August 16th. Other dates are a 4 day minimum.
