Side by Side for our Family Reunion
We had to split our party into using two units. Units C and D were what we rented.
We were a bit disappointed in Unit C. There are no curtains on the windows and the blinds are not good enough to block out the morning light. The electrical outlets in the bathroom were not up to code and the beds in Unit C were extremely squeaky.
The two condos overall served our family, and the price is right. The landlord was immediate when we had a problem. And the condos are close to a grocery store and not far from our family event.
The price was right for these rentals, but it might be nicer, if there were curtains in the bedrooms and new frames on the beds in Unit C.
Thank you for allowing our family to have use of these two units.

Good place to stay!
We stayed here with my family for a long weekend trip to GR at the end of July ‘22. The listing was accurate and what we needed for this trip. The condos are nice, but dated. There is an A/C unit in the living room, but the rooms got for very warm - 80° - even with fans. The stairs are also very steep so I recommend booking the lower level condos if you are not good with stairs or have small children. Overall, a decent stay with no major complaints.

Pet and Kid Friendly
Although the stairs to the unit were steep, that didn't stop us from having a great time enjoying both units with our own rooms privately. We tried our best to make sure the kids weren't too loud or if everyone was going in and out of the units to the other one, we had no complaints but I felt bad because we were still too loud. The plan was to stay at a house but we all enjoyed the two units here. If some things didn't work out at the first unit, we would check the second unit for things and that felt like nice back up. The owner did a great job replying back, no matter how early or late.
