Everything was fantastic and as advertised! The pool was perfect and so fun and relaxing - location felt secluded. I can’t speak for the summer time as I have only been here in winter, but I would definitely come back for winter. We had two families with six kids between 11 and 16 plenty of room for everyone!

We had a truly amazing weekend at this lovely lodge! We only wish we could have stayed longer!!! The hosts were great with communications ahead of the trip and during. There was a slight issue with the pool filter the day before our arrival, but they had their team on it and it was fixed within a couple hours of our arrival, so we were very grateful for that!Beautiful lodge, plenty of room for everyone, and the indoor pool is a must for sure. Not too many extra amenities in the kitchen, but understandable as they are a lodge in the woods! We will be back for sure - we would give it more stars if we could :-)

Wonderful Getaway

Booked a last-minute getaway here with my teenage children, and it was a wonderful time! The pool was so nice and refreshing, the game room kept us all occupied (and off screens!) for hours, and the time spent here was so nice and relaxing. Will definitely be back!

Amazing cabin!!

All the amenities were out of this world. The pool, hot tub, and game room all were great activities for our kids over the weekend. Very close to hiking trails and the owners provided great communication. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Fun for the Family

Lodge is everything you could want for a family of all ages . The pool and hot tub are great for relaxing after a long day of hiking. We will be back for sure.

Awesome property!

Loved our stay here! Cabin was perfect for a mini spring break getaway and had everything we could need! The pool was awesome and having a dryer right there was genius. Kitchen had absolutely everything and the beds were comfortable! Host was easy to communicate with and we would definitely recommend this property!

Green Acres

This is the second time we rented this cabin to have all 4 of our children and their families together under one roof for an extended Christmas vacation together. There is something for everyone to enjoy while there. From the hot tub for the adults, the game room for the kids, and the indoor heated pool for all. The spacious living and dining area is perfect for family games and togetherness. The wrap around porch is so relaxing. It is the perfect getaway for our family.

Great location for family get together

We had a great time at Green acres. We hardly left the house the whole weekend because we had everything that we needed. The pool and yard were great for games with the kids. The game room was very popular with the teens. the Kitchen had everything we needed for big family meals. The hot water was sufficient for a big group. The cell service was spotty but form my point of view that was a plus since people spent less time on their phones. Great time had by all.

Highland Lodge = Awesome!

The Highland Lodge was exactly the dream location for our family trip. With three generations under one roof, it had everything for everyone. A pool for the kids, a hot tub for the adults, and a porch with rocking chairs for the grandparents. We all came together around the fire pit to roast marshmallows and make s'mores. The only concern was the sixth bedroom in the pool house; there were no windows, and the room was extremely hot, which made it unusable. Here are a few reviews from other family members. I really enjoyed my recent visit to Highland Lodge with my family of 13. The pictures doesn't do it justice, it's a beautiful place in a wonderful location and very close to everything. It had everything we needed for a great time and much more. The Lodge was great! Plenty of fun spaces for the family to hang out: the pool house, the game room, and the deck. I really enjoyed making s'mores at the gathering space near the pool. The property included so many wonderful amenities. A great time was had by all! The accommodations are beautiful and well maintained, spacious and welcoming! I will definitely be spreading the word. My only critique is the TV service was unstable. But that was a minor annoyance.

Great place for a family vacation

My sisters and I brought our families together for the weekend at the Green Acre Lodge and it was a great time for everyone. From the toddlers to teens, they all found something to enjoy. The pool was a bit hit, followed by the hot tub. Hikes are close by, too.

You won't want to leave the cabin!!

This cabin is amazing. The pool house is so nice and big. My kids loved the heated salt water pool. It has a nice sitting area for the adults to watch them and the TV was a big hit. They would have a show on while playing in the pool. The outside fireplace was covered, so even when it rained our family enjoyed making s'mores outside. The hot tub was so nice and seats 8. As a mom of young kids, ages 6-11, it's the small things that made my trip easier. They had hampers in the room which made laundry easy and the beds were so comfortable. Everything was nice an new. We would stay again and didn't want to leave. It's close to many of the popular hiking trails too. My kids keep asking when we are coming back.

Perfect weekend trip!

We had a great time at Green Acres. The cabin was very close to Conkles Hollow and some other trails which made getting out into Hocking Hills a breeze. Pool and hot tub were both clean and in perfect condition. Cabin was clean, cozy, and great for our group of adults and kids ranging from 1-5 years old. Check in was easy and host was communicative in lead up to the stay. Would definitely book again!

Green Acres was PERFECT!

We took our entire family to Green Acres to celebrate a milestone birthday. The house was perfect in every way. The indoor pool was a huge hit! There was plenty of space for our large party. We will definitely visit again.

Wonderful Get Away

We spent a wonderful weekend celebrating a friend's birthday. The home is perfect for large groups and was just the right size for our group (12 people). One thing: sound travels easily throughout the house, so do not expect much "privacy" and those that are light sleepers should be put in the lower-level bedrooms.
