    An ideal space for a family reunion or a memorable holiday celebration, this two-level home sits just above the sand of Rockaway Beach. A lovely little creek runs on the north side of the house, offering guests a bit of extra privacy, and the town's charming shops and restaurants await half a mile north. And whether you choose to spend your days beachcombing, surfing, or sunbathing, you'll always come home to a private foosball table, a gas fireplace, and a luxurious jetted bathtub in the master suite.

Beach view great. Property in disrepair and not very clean. This is the second property we stayed at this fall and both were in disrepair and not clean. I left a detailed review of the last one with Vacasa.

The kitchen is beautiful, however, we were only provided with 1 extra trash bag... Not enough. We also ran out of toilet paper, paper towels, and washing detergent.

Really beautiful home!

We loved staying here and enjoyed being right on the beach. The floor to ceiling windows made for excellent views of sunrise and sunset reflecting off of the water. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the location of this house, perfect for a large group with kids and a dog. Plenty of room to spread out, and the kitchen was perfect for entertaining.

Big 47th Birthday weekend with friends. Kids, teens, adults and we got to bring our dog. The house was comfortable and views and location was fantastic.

Great for a large group, beautiful view, and we enjoyed our stay. please note there is not AC or screens on the windows. not needed during our stay but I imagine peak summer would be nice to have. We were not allowed to enter the property till an hour after allowed time. which was annoying. was clean but not immaculate. the washer / dryer has a odor and doors in that room wer awkward and damaged. Hot Tub worked great and the fooseball table was enjoyed as well. We would stay again if we had another large group and not worried about the heat.

Rockaway Beach family vacation

We loved being right on the beach. It was awesome. The views were perfect. It was fun having the hot tub to sit and look out over the beach on the ocean. The house could use some upkeep. Where the bedrooms were on the second floor they were bunk beds for the kids by the windows. The windows were right even with the beds and when they were open, there were no screens on the windows. Luckily, we had older kids that stayed in those bunks. We love the kitchen area and the family area. There were extra tables and chairs for our family, but some were broken. We had to be careful overall we had a wonderful time here.

Rockaway Villa-- a lovely getaway. A beautiful place right on the beach, it is great for large groups. We had a wonderful weekend, and it's so nice to find a house that is dog friendly. We will definitely return!

We stayed here with a large group and it was so perfect. It had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and relax. The location, views, and ocean-front hot tub are not to be missed! I will definitely be back.

Space for all right on the beach!

I rarely treat myself to nice things, but waking up on the beach in a place that feels like a home instead of a cardboard box is a feeling I want to experience again and again. Never again will I stay in a hotel when all of our friends and family can stay together in one place. We were so happy with our stay. I would highly recommend this house for your next family & friends getaway!

This home was very comfortable for 13 adults and 4 kids under 5 years old. Another bathroom would have been nice, but... The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware. The best kitchen we've ever had. Only needed a small saucepan. A few issues, the ice maker and water on the fridge didn't work and the master bathroom light annoyingly flickers.I hear the grill was difficult. Cleaning wise, it could have been searched better for former guests belongings (toothpaste tubes, clothing) but was overall pretty clean. With all that said, we would rent it again in a heartbeat and hope we can!

A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the Oregon coast!

I highly recommend staying at this vacation rental if you are looking for a beautiful location to spend time with family, friends, or co-workers. There were spectacular ocean views from right inside the house, and the property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Everyone at Vacasa was very helpful and friendly. Five stars all around!

Great place!

We had a wonderful time at the villa. They had all the things you need to host 22 people except bathrooms but that was part of the fun. This house can hold three large familys. The house is grand in apperance and the location right on the beach was spectacular.... need I say more.

Great beach

Great location with huge beach. Room for a lot of people. Kitchen was small for so many if you like to cook. Some bunks were a bit uncomfortable with very thin mattresses. Overall very fun place to be.
