Over all everything good. Plenty of kitchen appliances and dishes, and glassware. Coffee mugs! Ocean view SO AMAZING! And 10 steps to beach! Definitely a “do again”!!

Lovely Thanksgiving Stay

Stayed here with my family over the holiday and was grateful for the space to relax and the large kitchen to cook a big meal. Lovely home!

Well stocked home perfect for families.

We loved our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need for a family stay! The host was very responsive to my questions and requests!

Wonderful stay

This location and the property are wonderful! The rooms were so comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. Watching the ocean from the deck or even the living room was incredibly peaceful.

The location of this property is excellent if you are looking a property with close and easy access to the beach. The property had plenty of space for a family of 5 and a dog.

Spring Break Getaway

Home is very roomy with plenty of seating for everyone. The view of the ocean and the sunsets from the living room were great. We wanted a quiet and peaceful spring break away from crowds and Rockaway was perfect.

Rockaway Beach

The property is across from the beach with a view.Best it was able to seat 12 for dinners. This is what we were looking for. We had another family in another house rental.

Great family house

We had a great time staying here. Perfect size for a big group. Easy check in and communication. 3 full bathrooms is a huge plus. Super clean and huge kitchen/living space. Stocked well with all toiletries. Close to the beach. Not much of a yard but was just fine for 2 small dogs. Would recommend!

Rockaway Retreat

Wonderful property stocked with every possible item necessary for a fantastic time. The house was exceptionally clean. The kitchen is well designed and roomy enough for multiple cooks. The abundant number of high quality towels was especially nice. In the opinion of the six grandkids it is the beach house we will have to return to again. Can't say enough good things about the place or location.

Great house and location.

Accommodations fit us perfectly as three groups of friends with four kids all together. There was space for all of us to gather comfortably in common areas to relax, eat, and play games. Tons of toys and games for the kids, which was wonderful. Extremely well stocked kitchen. The location is a few steps from the beach and centrally located for great day excursions. The hose outside the door was essential for washing off the little before entering the house. We appreciated our stay.

Great location, nice house

Very happy with our stay - would stay here agin. The house was exactly as represented and clean upon arrival. Great access to beach - although as other reviewers have noted the “stairs” are actually giant boulders approximating stairs. May be challenging for those with balance or knee issues. No communication with owner was needed, as we had no issues, so can’t comment on responsiveness.

Perfect Ocean Views!

We stayed here as a Spring Break/Birthday long weekend with my parents and our Cardigan Corgi. The weather was cold and stormy, but the house provided a great table to play games, the TVs allowed us to catch the Timbers game, and walks on the beach we’re fantastic! Two small things: the heater in the downstairs bathroom didn’t work and I’d suggest people log out of their streaming accounts before they check out.

Great house for a multi family vacation

Having 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths was ideal for the group. The house is well equipped and had just about everything we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Getting everyone together was facilitated by the open floor plan on the second floor that included the kitchen, dining, and living room areas as well as an ocean view. The view was somewhat limited by houses across the street although the sunsets were still great. The close access to the beach made it great for walks and our dog loved it.

Amazing stay!

What a great house to share with another family! We had the best stay! Ample room, lots of floor space for young sleepers, having 3 bathrooms was awesome! The quick walk to the beach made running back for a forgotten item not miserable. Everything was great! They also had so many great beach items, kites, sand toys, chairs, umbrellas! This is a set house for your beach stay needs. Owners were quick to respond and I will definitely be looking into this house again some year. <3 Thank you so much!
