This roomy, open concept 3 bedroom/2 bath house has lots of seating with a large sofa and kitchen table as well as great outdoor living space. You are just a short walk to downtown Rockaway shops/restaurants and miles of beautiful beach.



For the fishermen and/or crabbers, there is a fish cleaning station and crab cooker in the back yard and ample parking for a boat without having to unhook.



The covered back deck with table/chairs and BBQ provides the perfect place to hang out and BBQ, even if there is some costal mist while on those sunny days the morning sun is perfect for sipping coffee on the front porch.



A major Bonus is the game room with a shelf of board games, large game table for Chess/Checkers, dart board, and large TV. Gather around to play games or just settle down in the overstuffed chair to watch TV or read a book.



The kitchen is well appointed, has modern appliances, a large pantry, and a second refrigerator in the game room if needed.



Sleeping accommodation includes two bedrooms with queen beds and a large master bedroom with king bed and desk. All rooms have TVs with YouTubeTV. Of course wifi is available throughout the house.
