I’ve never left a bad review, but unfortunately, I need to hear.I’ll start with a good: easy walking access to the beach, fairly clean, we were at the beach.Here’s the rest: upon arrival, we were unable to figure out which two codes worked for check-in. We clicked on the video that was sent to us for check-in, and we were presented with a screen that said that video did not exist. We did finally figure out which code was supposed to work to get in. Not a big deal alone.We arrived to one of the breakers being tripped and no electricity to part of the house. Typically not a big deal, we went to the electrical panel, we found which breaker was tripped. Turned it off and reset it. Then we had power.Overnight the heater for part of the house did not work. We followed all the normal instructions for thermostats, making sure that the temperatures were set correctly that the fan was blowing, etc. but no heat was coming out and it was down to 58. The next morning promptly at 8:30 AM we reached out via the Vrbo app to get support as as they have requested. We did not receive a response and after spending the entire day trip trying to het support, it appears the support is centralized out of area and no local help. We did not get a response until after we left. But no resolution. Turns out the gas was never turned on at the property. Broken blinds, broken dvd player, broken fireplace. Instructions are inaccurate - terrible experience! Sad as this has potential!!
