Wooded Cabin on Rocky River

Looking for a private & peaceful getaway? "The Lodge" offers a charming and cozy retreat in the heart of Rock Island, TN. Nestled amidst stunning nature, our property features top-notch amenities like a fully equipped kitchen, private screened balconies, water views, and a kid friendly game room. The home is situated on a private wooded 2 acre lot located on the Rocky River. The Lodge features many upgrades, while still providing that rustic cabin feel.
The space
Bedroom 1 (main level): King sized bed, Smart TV, and attached full bath.
Bedroom 2 (main level): Queen sized bed, Smart TV, and attached full bath.
Bedroom 3 (main level): Queen sized bed, Smart TV, and attached full bath.
Loft above kitchen/living room: Twin bed with twin trundle pull out. Reading nook
Bedroom 4 (downstairs): Full sized bed with twin trundle pull out. Two twin beds, both with twin trundle pull outs (room sleeps 6).
Game Room: equipped with ping pong table, pool table, large sized connect 4, darts, tic tac toe board, + other miscellaneous board games & puzzles.
Guest access
Guests have full access to entire property and grounds. Laundry room and owners supply closet are locked and not accessible to guests.
Other things to note
There is direct, unrestricted access to the waterfront. However, at this time, we do not have built in steps or a cleared path to the water. There is also a drop to the rock ledge leading to the water. Their is a community boat launch and picnic area that is a 5 minute drive from our property. Please advise in advance if you are wanting access to the community boat launch as we will need to arrange leaving a key for you to use and return.
