Perfect place to stay to enjoy Rock Hall, Chestertown, and surrounding Kent County.

This was a perfect spot for The Bun Run. It was right in the middle of town only a walk away from the restaurants and cute little stores. Perfect pet friendly coffee shop across the street with wine and breakfast/lunch. I can't say enough about visiting the business below the apartment called Hickory Sticks, great clothing, beautiful jewelry. Also within few steps is the open organic food market. The apartment was very clean, well stocked and the owners communication was efficient and very quick. Can't wait to stay again with the kids. Thank you Matt & Diane for a wonderful, stress-free stay. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property is well maintained, and exactly as described—actually even better in person. The beds are extremely comfortable. The refrigerator is older but other than that, the kitchen is clean and has the basics. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed while still feeling private and relaxing. We had our dog who is older. The steps were somewhat challenging for him, but he navigated them fine after the first few times. The host was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and made check-in/check-out a breeze. You can tell they really care about their guests’ experience.We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect getaway.

This was an ideal home base for our stay during the Pirate and Wench event. A trolley stop is literally at the door. Steps from all the action of the Main Street part of the festival. Scrupulously clean. Everything you could think of if you forgot something. Beds incredibly comfortable. They warn you about the stairs, so that cannot be counted as a negative. They are pretty fierce for older knees. But we only needed a place to sleep, and put our party clothes on, so was a minimal impact. Would stay again.

Annual Rock Hall Getaway

Old house with character and some updates have been completed but needs a bit more. Outside light on porch was hanging off and rusted, wicker chair falling apart, driveway needs to be marked better, black out curtains or better blinds would benefit if one was wanting to block out the sunlight to sleep in, some more decor would make the rental more welcoming, side porch is quaint but it was dirty while wires were close by, lots of steps to consider if you are older or have small children, very small showers with low water pressure, kitchen needs a deep clean and updated refrigerator would help along with a toaster would be great. The beds were very comfortable, great pots and pans along with a well stocked kitchen and the house was conveniently located with everything within waking distance.

Great place!

Just spent the weekend at Knot’s Landing and highly recommend it! The location is incredible with walk-ability to all of Main St and still close to the marina and the beach. The place was very clean and incredibly spacious. Check in and out was perfectly smooth and the host was responsive and helpful with the one question we had. 10/10 absolutely recommend!

Great location

Spent the weekend here. Great location close to everything. Bikes were provided and you can ride to anything in Rock Hall. We would definitely rent here again.
