200 steps to the beach!

Charming and spacious two-bedroom, 1 1/2 bath cottage with glimpses of the Chesapeake Bay and very close to the Rock Hall beach. Enjoy morning walks and beautiful sunsets. Our wide streets and low speed limits make this a bicycle friendly town. The beach is family friendly. The shallow water makes it ideal for kids young and old.
Rock Hall is a charming old fishing village, noted to be one of the South's best small towns by Southern Living Magazine in 2016. You can shop at the local grocery store or eat out. Rock Hall has a variety of wonderful restaurants from outdoor dining by the marina, to several local delights in town. And several local seafood outlets that sell sweet Chester River crabs with take out options.
There is Eastern Neck Wildlife Refuge to the South and historic Chestertown, home of Washington College, to the North.

Husband and I stayed for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary, a little weekend getaway.The house was very clean and cozy. Quiet little neighborhood, just what we needed. The little beach was just down the block.The Blue Heron restaurant was just 3 houses away, great food there.There are bikes in the shed you can use. We had a fire in the fire pit, that was relaxing.ALSO, there is a little town bus that has a stop just down the street, it does a loop through town stopping at many places. We didn't see it until we were leaving. Its FREE. We had a great time here.

Perfect Rock Hall Cottage!! Clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and well-maintained. Large, well-stocked kitchen. Great location! Large yard with firepit. We loved our stay and will definitely be back. :)

End of summer long weekend

Had a great time at this perfect beach location. Less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach which is clean and not crowded. Perfect sunset each evening. Had fun exploring the area and we were happy to have our pup with us. Very enjoyable stay!

Cute cottage close to the beach

The cottage was so clean and comfortable. Because we were there during the 95+ degree weather, we loved the ceiling fans and AC. However, the kitchen and TV room were very warm. There were no AC vents in the TV room. I would recommend a small window unit for that room. We loved the convenience to restaurants and shopping area.

Nice cottage near a cute and clean beach that’s perfect for small kids. Enjoyed the 4th of July festivities in Rock Hall and the ice cream shop on Main St. Appreciated early check-in and prompt communication with the property manager.

Weekend in Rock Hall

House was beautifully decorated, updated, clean, and as advertised, steps from the beach!!! We had everything we needed for meal prep, including a charcoal grill. Enjoyed grilling fresh fish for dinner one night!

Just what we needed! I did a 3 day get-a-way with my husband and 3 year old. It was perfect. The house was very cute, clean, and had everything we needed. You cannot beat the location!

Fall weekend getaway

We stayed in this property earlier this year. We had a nice, restful time. The property is very well kept and pet friendly. The location is great! Right around the corner from the Chesapeake Bay plus nearby dining options at Blue Heron Oyster House and Muskrat Alley. The only two concerns that we had were the lack of detailed instructions with turning the heater on and regulating the temperature and lack of outside lighting at back door and backyard. It is very dark and somewhat unsafe. This being said we would definitely stay again.
