  • Our serene family lake house on a private cove provides a peaceful, tranquil setting with stunning views of Irondequoit Bay. The home boasts 1600 sq ft, 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), 2 full baths with a primary bedroom ensuite. Perfect for those who love the water and to fish, kayak or just love to take in the sights and sounds of nature. Enjoy our hot tub, fire pit and dock for the perfect bay front getaway! Top notch amenities, location and ambiance. We aim to exceed your expectations for your stay. By booking this property, you acknowledge under this rental contract and agree, per Town of Irondequoit regulations:
    (1) Maximum property occupancy is 6 people.
    (2) Maximum on-site parking provided is 2 vehicles.
    (3) On-street parking is prohibited; and
    (4) You must abide by a Code of conduct including adherence to our Good Neighbor policy.
    (a) The short-term rental is in a residential area in the
    Town of Irondequoit, and renters should be considerate of the residents in neighboring homes.
    (b) Guests are required to observe quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. through 8:00 a.m.
    (c) All renters will be subject to New York Penal Law § 240.20 or any successor statute regarding disorderly conduct.
    (d) Littering is illegal; and
    (e) Recreational campfires, if permitted, must be
    attended.

The lake view was so peaceful. The house was clean, and there was plenty of room for a family dinner and hanging out together. The hot tub was a nice bonus, as well.

Tranquil and beautiful setting. We used as a launchpad for exploring Lake Ontario beaches, Erie Canal, finger lakes, RIT, and Niagara Falls. Grocery stores and hiking trails nearby. Even though we were here during the heatwave, comfortable with central a/c. Very clean home and roomy. Good kitchen space for preparing meals. Clear and responsive communication with owners. We enjoyed watching the ducks, geese, and anglers catching large fish from the picture windows, deck swing, or hot tub.

We enjoyed our stay here - it was clean and the location on the water is wonderful! Even though there are many houses around the cove, it was fairly quiet even on the 4th of July weekend. Sitting on the swing bench in the mornings, watching the wildlife, was one of our favorite parts. The fishing off the dock was really fun for our kids! It is unfortunate that the neighbors that share the driveway do not like renters and make their feelings clear about that. However, the hosts deal with the situation well and it did not mar our overall experience.

The entire home was clean and inviting. Enjoyed a special weekend with our son and his fiancée The property was the perfect setting for a cozy family weekend to celebrate a birthday and an engagement!

This property is on a beautiful inlet on Irondequoit Bay. Because of a steep hill leading down to the property, I suggest you go slowly...it's not as bad as I thought at first. Everything looks fresh and new and well cared for. We enjoyed using the hot tub and sitting outside near the water. The house is minutes away from amusement venues and restaurants. It is convenient(not more than 15-20 minutes) to most places in Rochester. Communication with the host was excellent. We were impressed that our host responded within minutes to a query we had. In Summary, WE ALL HAD A GREAT TIME!

We had a great visit here- nice location right on the water, very clean and as described. Appreciated the extras- coffee pods, water in the fridge and firewood. Would stay here again!

Fun little one getaway

This house is so clean and fresh with a great location tucked away in a little quiet cove. Kids had a great time fishing on the dock and relaxing with a great waterfront view!

We had a great time here. The pictures are what you get and it’s nice and private. We brought kayaks and a pontoon boat and we’re able to enjoy the bay right from our dock.

Peaceful on the bay

The house is beautifully situated in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the serenity of sitting by the water and watching the abundant wildlife. The house had everything we needed for our four day stay, and the hot tub was a great plus!
