"Great Manager! So pleasant and accomadating. Very good breakfast. Free coffee and cookies. Nice pool. The only negative was the room had a strong dog smell. They offered to move us to another room. We are going to stay there again but request a room that did not have a dog in it. The Manager showed us another room that did not have a pet in it. Nice smell, no odor. He gave us a great rate for a future trip. They are working to separate pet floors from guest floors"

"Our large family traveled to the property. Other people were staying there and we were turned away by the owner. Nothing was done to find ys a new place, so we turned around and drove home. It was a waste of time, money and gas. Nothing was done to make situation right."

"We loved the property - we were a little nervous about being noisy but ended up not having neighbors in downstairs. We walked all over Lake City and the weather was wonderful even though it rained on our way out. A/C worked perfectly, beds were very comfy. It was myself, my 15 year old son and his friend. We did a day of fishing with a guide on Lake Pepin and caught a trophy walleye on top of hitting our limit. We bowled at the small bowling alley in town and hit the farmers market and grocery...
