Conveniently located in the heart of Brighton, you`re just minutes from URMC, Strong Memorial Hospital, the University of Rochester, RIT, 12 Corners, Whole Foods, Wegmans, Trader Joe`s, restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. Whether you`re visiting family, traveling for work, or exploring Rochester, you`ll enjoy the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and entertainment.
A valid ID verification is required prior to check-in. Details will be provided prior to Check-in.

Rental Agreement:
For insurance purposes, all guests are required to review and sign a simple rental agreement before arrival. This agreement includes our house rules, as well as check-in and check-out times, to help ensure a safe and smooth stay.

Registered Guests Only: Only guests and pets who are registered at the time of booking are allowed to enter the property. If any unregistered individuals attempt to enter, the booking will be immediately canceled without any refund.

No Unauthorized Visitors: Please ensure that all visitors are included in your reservation details before arrival. Unapproved guests or visitors not listed on your booking are not allowed to stay or enter the property.

Violation of Policy: Failure to comply with this rule will result in the cancellation of the reservation and removal from the property with no refund given.

Please make sure all guests and pets visiting the property are registered.
