Entirely renovated with taste, the house offers an area of 120 m² spread over two levels and an independent bedroom, facing the house, for more privacy. It can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably.



You will discover on the ground floor of the house:

• Modern bathroom and separate toilet



The 4th independent room, adjacent to the summer kitchen, is open to the outside and has a bathroom and private toilet.

• a secure private swimming pool (3.20m x 5.50m - depth 1.40m), ideal for cooling off in summer

• a shaded terrace with garden furniture
