"At checkin the front staff were not very accommodating. We had booked through expedia and then phoned the hotel to book a cot (rollaway bed) and the hotel said they would put a note for us so they would know at checkin. When we arrived for checkin the frontline staff did not have a note and kept refusing us a cot saying we could not have one because our room was not a king room, we rented a double queen. They finally said they did not have any available which was a little hard to believe but...

"The hotel was clean and well kept, including the pool/hot tub area. The breakfast was excellent (eggs, sausages, waffles, fruit, yogurt parfait station, along with your usual). Views were great out the very large windows. Check in and out was super quick. Parking was free, and although it was a busy long weekend - still was able to find parking."

"stairwells were filthy, pool closed with no warning. and fire alarm went off at 10pm causing us and everyone else to come down we were on the 10th floor.. only to be told it was a false alarm after waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes."

"Could hear other folks in the building very clearly and outside. Someone was in the *shared bathroom having a shower on a call and I could hear the entire conversation. The bed felt very close to the door."
