🏡 Inside the Tiny Home:



Step inside to find a thoughtfully designed space with all the comforts of home. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed with luxurious linens and a picturesque view to wake up to each morning. The bathroom boasts a beautiful tiled walk-in shower, a front-loading washer and dryer, and fresh towels for your convenience.



The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook a great meal, from cookware and dinnerware to silverware, a dishwasher, and an ice maker in the freezer. Dine or work remotely at the counter-height table and chair set in the living area. The spacious living room features a comfortable couch for extra sleeping space and a Smart TV, with another Smart TV in the bedroom for entertainment.



Wrigs Ridge is ideal for 2 guests but can accommodate up to 3. A $25 per night fee applies for the 3rd guest, who will use the sectional for sleeping (not a pull-out couch).

Step out onto the expansive deck, where you can take in the breathtaking mountain views and listen to the soothing sounds of the creek below. As the sun sets, gather around the crackling fire pit under a starlit sky, perfect for roasting marshmallows and sharing stories. For outdoor cooking enthusiasts, a charcoal grill is available, so you can enjoy a delicious meal while surrounded by nature. Wrigs Ridge borders West Buffalo Creek, although there is no direct access from the house. Guests are welcome to enjoy the creek from our privately owned creekside lot, located approximately half a mile down the road. Walking directions are provided before arrival.

🐾Dog-Friendly

A maximum of two dogs is permitted. A $75 pet fee per dog, per stay, applies.

Dogs must be fully potty trained and are not allowed on furniture.

Please clean up after your dog outdoors.

Dogs may not be left unattended. If leaving the property, please take your dog with you or crate them.

⚠️ Important Access Info: The last 0.5 miles to Wrigs Ridge is a gravel/dirt road. Vehicles should have at least 6” of ground clearance to navigate rocks and potholes safely. Sports cars are not suitable. AWD or 4WD is recommended due to the terrain, but not required.



House Rules:

‣ No parties or events are allowed.

‣ This property is not child or baby-proof.

‣ Only registered guests are allowed overnight.

‣ Do not use the premises for any illegal activity.

‣ No smoking/vaping inside the house. If smoking or vaping outside, guests must be 15 ft away from the entrance and windows and clean up after themselves.



BEFORE YOU BOOK:

• A rental agreement is required at the time of booking. It will be sent immediately after you reserve and must be signed within 48 hours to avoid cancellation.

• A $300 security-deposit hold will be placed on the guest’s credit card 2 days before arrival and released within 5 days after departure, pending no damages.

• Both the rental agreement and the security-deposit hold will be completed through a secure link that begins with: https://orez.io. This link is sent automatically at the time of booking.
