The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when motion is detected
    - Please note that there is a fairly steep incline before the lake
    - The homeowner keeps their boat in the dock slip year-round. Guests can dock on the side, with space for boats up to 25' comfortably

Very nice Smokey Mountains home with lake front gorgeous views!! Home comes very well equipped with all of your kitchen & home necessities. Larry & Allison were great hosts, we will definitely utilize this property again when we are back in the Smokies!

Property owners were super helpful and friendly! All was as pictured, and we loved being so close to the water. Easy to put our boat in right across the lake. We had a great stay!

Loved the split level plan which allows for privacy and moments of away time. All aspects of the house are intentionally arranged for the guests’ needs. Highly recommend!

This was a wonderful location for our ladies weekend. The space was perfect. Plenty of parking, seating and bedrooms. We spent most of our time on the covered porch and floating in the lake. Looking forward to returning.

Awesome deck

Had a family get together and the house was perfect. One big area we could all hang out and some separate areas to escape to also. We rented a boat and road around the most beautiful lake ! Decks were great I could live out there.

This house could not have been more perfect. Attention to detail, including very comfortable beds. We cooked all of our meals and found the kitchen well stocked with everything that we needed. Because the weather was so perfect during our stay, we spent the majority of our time on the deck with views of the lake, morning coffee, happy hour and meals. Thanks for a lovely stay.

A Joyful Celebration

We rented the house in Lighthouse Cove to celebrate my son’s 10th birthday. We had 5 adults and 3 kids (ages 7, 7, and 10!). The hosts were gracious, kind and communicative. There were coloring books, games, grills and plenty of kayaks and canoes for us to paddle on the water every day. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. We had a wonderful experience and hope to stay there again next year.

Beautiful house in the water and close to everything

We had a fantastic stay at this rental! The house was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. There were four of us, but it easily could have accommodated double that without feeling crowded. It’s extremely well-equipped with everything we needed, and the hosts were friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Check-in was seamless, and the checkout process couldn’t have been simpler.We especially enjoyed relaxing by the cozy fireplace in the living room and spending time on the split-level deck, which offers beautiful views of the water. The location is also ideal—centrally located near the Tail of the Dragon and tons of other great riding routes and scenic spots.Highly recommend this place, and we’d definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Lake Santeetlah and couldn't have asked for a better vacation! The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing week on the lake.The location was perfect for both adventure and relaxation. We enjoyed an exciting day of white water rafting, explored the impressive Fontana Dam, and spent a day wandering through Bryson City. One of our favorite activities was renting a boat and spending the day cruising around the beautiful lake.The dock was a highlight of our stay. We spent hours swimming in the clean, crystal-clear water, soaking up the sunshine, and enjoying peaceful dock days while making memories with family. The lake is absolutely stunning!Mornings and evenings were just as enjoyable. We cooked breakfast on the Blackstone and grilled dinner on the back deck while taking in breathtaking views of the mountains and lake. Watching the sunrise and sunset each day was the perfect way to begin and end our time there.A special thank you to the host for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We especially enjoyed being invited to see the flying squirrels and gathering around a nice fire on our last evening.If you're looking for a place that combines outdoor adventure, beautiful scenery, and a comfortable home base, this property is hard to beat. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Santeetlah!

The house was clean and as listed. There is gorgeous view of the lake out the back. The hosts were easy to communicate with and responded quickly. My group had plenty of space to hang out at the house and not feel cramped. The back porch was nice and had a great view as well.The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that is only a short drive to the Tail of the Dragon as well as other local roads and attractions.This was not a problem for us, but a word of caution about the neighborhood street…it is a single-lane road that is very hilly and twisty, so it could difficult for a motorcycle or trailer, especially in bad weather. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to making our trip down here again soon!
