"El lugar es lindo y la gente q trabaja ahi tambien. Lo q estuvo muy complicado es q no nos fue claro donde era la reunion del "shuttle" Nosotros llegamos a la estacion del tren y resulta q todavia nos faltaba ir en el "tranvia"hasta otra ciudad. Tuvimos q comunicarnos un par de veces con Hotels.com y ellos con el Ryokan. Se complico mas por el internet y la tormenta de lluvia. Por fin al llegar estabamos cansados, pero tanto el personal como nosotros hicimos lo mejor de una situacion imprevista....

"Everything was amazing, food and staff accomodation was absolutely top notch. The public open air bath was so relaxing, also equipped with a sauna and an ice cold bath. We also had the room with private open air bath and the view to the outside was amazing from the bath. Also has free shuttle to and from the closest train station (Ikeda Station) all you have to do is just make reservation with front desk. There are beautiful hikes nearby as well."

"The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The English speaking ladies were kind and patient with all of us. One was able to reserve a van to take us back to Shin-Osaka, with all of our luggage. Plus…the view of the river, in the traditional tatami room was beautiful. "

"Es un hotel estandar con las comodidades justas. La calidad de la cama y cojines es la minima para el aprobado, y está limpio. Es muy conveniente porque está a 5 minutos andando del aeropuerto. Si estuviera en la misma tesitura de tener que coger un vuelo temprano en ese aeropuerto volveria a hospedarme aqui, pero por cualquier otro motivo y para los 100 euros que costó la habitación doble no vale la pena."

"El hotel está a pocos metros del aeropuerto de Itami. Si tienes un vuelo a primera hora de la mañana, vale la pena quedarse aquí.

It would had been great to have an english manual of the TV, karaoke, and all things in general. Also, as this is a love hotel, we expected to have some TV channels for adults, or some DVDs, but there were no such a thing."

"We stay in this hotel for one night and it was great!. It was clean, wide, and beautiful. The only negative aspect we found is that the information in english is limited and also, to be a love hotel, we would expect it to have porn tv channels or dvd, but there were not such a thing."

"Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 jeunes adolescents. Il n'y avait que 2 lits jumeaux mais nous avons ou tenir sans problème.
La chambre etait bien plus grande que ce que j'imaginais. La salle de bain etait très belle et confortable.
Nois n'y sommes restés qu'une nuit pour prendre l'avion à ITM airport le lendemain mais ce fut un sejour tres agreable.
Nous sommes arrivés le matin et avons pu laisser nos bagages qui ont ensuite été déposés dans notre chambre à 15h.
