Charme is a cosy holiday home with a covered terrace and an enclosed garden. It is located a 10-minute drive from the Lac du Der. Bakers, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. are 5 minutes away in the charming village of Montier en Der. The house is the last house in the small hamlet "Les Granges" and is an excellent starting point for hiking and cycling. It is located in a rural setting with gently rolling hills and winding country roads. The Lac du Der offers many forms of leisure and is very well known for its wintering cranes and other bird species. The water level of the Lac du Der is variable. In summer you have 6 beautiful beaches to choose from and in winter the lake is almost dry with many islets used by birds for feeding and resting. The holiday home is in the heart of the Champagne region and you will feel welcome at the many champagne producers to taste champagnes. In short, a holiday home where you and your pets can have wonderful times throughout the year and where you can relax. The house has a beautiful fireplace, a full kitchen, fiber optic and high-speed wifi and a beautiful starry sky.

Firewood, towels, bed linen and final cleaning are included in the price. A cot and a high chair are available on request.

Electricity consumption is NOT included in the price. The price is €0.27. A deposit of €100 is also required, which is used to pay for your electricity consumption.
