"I absolutely LOVED this property! We stayed in the duplex and it was incredible. The location is perfect as there are pubs all around and there is a parking garage about a 5 minute walk away which was very convenient since we had a rental car! Staff were friendly and welcoming. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Lovely atmosphere in the lobby area, but would suggest a play area for children and also re-configure the changing room for women/children as flight of stairs is difficult to manage to/from the swimming pool and same also need to get through the gym area before/after swim which brings up a safety and privacy issue!"

"We enjoyed our three night stay at The Twelve hotel in Barna. We decided to try staying outside of Galway and used bus and taxi to get in and out of town. The hotel is very nice. The room is spacious (we had a King suite). The morning breakfast was excellent. While Barna was not particularly walkable, we were able to take the city bus both into Galway to explore the city and take an excursion to the Cliffs of Moher, as well as to the ferrys to Aran Islands. Staff was professional and...

"From the outside we were concerned because outside looked a little run down. The inside was lovely. Our room was spacious and clean. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. It was an easy walk about 10-15 mins to downtown Galway. "

"Lovely hotel in good location for walking to sights. Clean,comfy bed, Nespresso coffee machine in room. Deluxe double room was large and had A/C which we didn’t need. (saw a regular double and it looked very small). Nice toiletries. Shower was a combo with bath tub and a deep step in. Large screen TV with what seemed to be satellite TV. Folks in reception very nice and helpful. Very close to train station. Nice hotel. "

"Breakfast was very good, and plenty of staff and well organised. Nice bar and dining area, only gripe is the floors creak a bit and could hear noise from other rooms. But apart from that it's very good and reasonablely priced."
