The space
This is a beautiful 4 bedroom house with 7 beds, WiFi, full kitchen, living room, a gorgeous backyard with pool, jacuzzi, mini golf course, and fire pit hang out area.
It is perfect for families, and groups of 8-10 people.

*Parking: driveway parking only*

Guest access
Our goal is to make each booking as seemless and as easy as possible for our guests; therefore we installed a keyless entry lock which you will open with the code given at check-in.
We are available by Text/Call or the VRBO App at all times for any questions you might have.

Other things to note
*This is a family home and parties or events are ABSOLUTELY not permitted. No exceptions.
*Do not use dishwasher
*The pool and jacuzzi have been recently renovated featuring LED lights and spa heating for a $50 fee for 2 hours of use.
*There are security cameras installed around the exterior of the house for security and safety purposes only. Camera #1 is located in front of the driveway, camera #2 at the front door, camera #3 and #4 in the backyard.

*POOL RULES:
- Unsupervised kids are not allowed to swim in the pool
- No diving in the shallow end
- No lifeguard on Duty
-No glass around the pool
- You swim at your own risk
- No food or drinks inside the pool tank

*Parking is available on the property ( about 4 spaces on the property) any additional cars should be parked on the street. If you park on the street make sure to check signs for street sweeping days.


*Smoking outside only ( preferred in the backyard). A $250 fee will be applied if smoking inside.
*If using the firepit, make sure the fire is out when you are done. There is a fire extinguisher in the shed
*Checkout is at 10am, any later will incur an hourly fee.
