"The rooms aren’t sound proof. We had noisy neighbors so there was a lot of disturbance. While the hotel’s philanthropic activities are commendable, the lack of sound proofing is not going to get us to return to the property."

"My friends and I loved this property! Comfortable king sized bed. Decent size for being a studio. The unit was extremely clean. Did not hear any noise from outside or neighbors. One callout was the unit did not have any windows, but it didn’t bother us too much. Perfect spot if you want to go out on Broadway. Amazing restaurants nearby. Would come back again!"

"The only comment is that you have to go a flight of stairs up to get to loft, no elevator. Other that that a five star stay."

"It was a nice friendly staff,the room was clean. The air conditioner would go off and made it hot and sticky and never reached the temperature it was set to and would go off during the night for no reason. The fact we had to pay for parking was a surprise and it was not cheap."
