Llac River

My friend and I were staying from out of town. We went for supper (a lot of nice restaurants in the area). When we returned with our leftovers, there was no mini fridge. There was a cupboard where you could tell one had been at some point, but was no longer there. Also, no microwave to reheat them. Parking cost after paying quite a bit for the very basic room already. The spots were very thin, we had to be careful opening doors and worried about others next to us doing damage to my car. The staff member who checked us in seemed put out to deal with us and tried to tell us that because we went through a separate site (unintentionally, the site messed up our reservation and led us to the hotel), we would have to wait until he was done with the three groups of people behind us. We asked to be helped now because we had already been through an ordeal to get there. They told us nothing about the vending machines that were hidden from plain site. The ice ‘bucket’ was a very cheap and small plastic container.

Nothing special about the breakfast. Got switched from my original room that I booked due to a smaller room due to a water leak. Staff did not give discount. Only re lived free valet parking. Location made parking veey inconvenient. Made my brother who needed a wheelchair accessible room due to the leak froma king room to a room that had a double bed, white Ave noise was very loud, and when my brother originally booked the accessible room they made him book a minimum of 3 nights. NOT RIGHT!!!! Only stayed my entire stay (2 nights) due to a wedding.
