"The room was a nicely decorated and clean. Much bigger than a hotel. You have a small living,dinning and bar. I didn’t really feel safe leaving our car outside the building seeing homeless around . It was self park so you had to find parking on the street . And the train going off every night several times a night. Because of the parking and the train in the back of the building I would not stay here again."

"I booked the hotel because they offered free airport shuttle. I called the hotel to dispatch the shuttle, they asked me when I scheduled it and I told them I didn't and they said that I had to schedule it the day before I arrived. I've never had this happen before. I ended up having to pay a $20.00 cab fare. I won't be using this hotel in the future."

Our floor was loud around 11:00 p.m., with people laughing and yelling, and there was also banging and lots of running from the room above us, as well as noise from outside the hotel. "My expectations weren’t very high for this stay due to the fact that I knew it would be outdated. I under estimated just how outdated and poorly maintained the room would be. The room reeked of mildew and the toilet ran all night long. The shower was poorly kept and part of the shower wall had been horribly patched over. The carpet was disgusting and looks like it hadn’t been shampooed since 2010, at least. I would've requested a new room but it wasn’t worth the hassle since I checked in late...
