"No refrigerator or coffee in room. Coffee is premade in the lobby. Twice the pot was empty. The breakfast I paid for was raw. Toilet was broke all wkend. My mom had to clean the drain in our sink because it would back up constantly. We took pics for proof. Id never spend my money there again. Way over priced for a dirty place with nothing to offer. Charged me $29 for a drink. Gotta pay for parking. My brother's room was dirty and used when they checked in They actually sent him up to a dirty...

"Upon arrival the hotel was dirty, not the pictures listed, and the hotel staff was rude. We find out after we checked in the indoor pool was closed but was never given a reason and the website showed it had one and was open. We went down at one point to get an extra blanket in which it had pee stains all over it. For such an expensive hotel it was not a good place to stay. "

"Lets just start with the bad. The room smelled horrible. Luckily we had brought our own air purifier with us like we do for every hotel. There were no updated usb-c plug ins anywhere in the rooms. Very few outlets in the rooms. Had to unplug lamps to use power outlets. What kind of hotel in 2026 doesnt have usb-c outlets? The window coverings had stains all over them.
