"The property was very well stocked: pots, pans, cutlery, wall plug adapter, umbrellas, toothbrushes, toothpaste and more. The only downside is that the floors do creak, so you hear the people above you. With that said, everyone seems to adhere to the 10pm quiet time so it was not much of a problem. I did not see a parking space so if you’re renting a car I would look further into that. Aside from that, no issues. Very close to the train station for transportation. "

"Ik was op zakenreis en dit is perfect. Heel ruim appartement, ontzettend proper en alles bij de hand: handdoeken, shampoo, douchegel, .. Enige minpuntje: de douche kan iets beter. Voor mij is dit geen spelbreker, ik kom absoluut terug. "

"Excellent place to stay with our two children and mother in law (3 adults plus 2 children). Location was convenient to all of the Lucerne activities, 15 -20 minute drive. Location was also convenient to grocery stores where we stocked up for items to make breakfast, lunch, and dinners. Plenty of space and the children loved all of the toys and books provided, nice touch!"

"There was nothing, NOTHING, to like about this place. Terrible customer service, The bathroom sink, toilet, both were broken. Water leakage in shower. To top everything off, the key to main entrance of the building wasn't working to we were stuck outside, middle of the night, with no lights, waiting for someone to open the gate.. which took 27 minutes... pathetic customer service. I would not stay here even if they pay me to stay there."
