External Description



Villa da Angelo is located in the Marche countryside, along Riviera delle Palme, and just 5 km from Grottammare and its beaches. The villa has been expertly renovated creating a perfect blend of rural style and modern amenities and furnishings.

The property boasts a panoramic courtyard, a large parking, and a garden with a private fenced pool (12 x 6 m, depth 140 cm) and panoramic sea view, for the exclusive use of guests. The pool is open from May to the end of September, and is provided with deckchairs, sun loungers and parasols. The pool area is also equipped with a kiosk where you can order snacks and drinks “à la carte” throughout the day.

Inside the courtyard, in a separate building from the villa, there is an excellent restaurant, open to the public only at dinner, therefore the outdoor spaces (except for the swimming pool) are also accessible to the restaurant's customers in the evening. Guests of the villa can also use the restaurant and taste the local food and wine specialties, both for lunch and dinner time with set menu.

Lastly the price includes every morning a delicious sweet/savoury breakfast, made with organic and homemade products.



Internal Description



Villa da Angelo is spread over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 16 people, has 7 double bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and 2 extra single beds (that can be used upon request). Three bedrooms are on the ground floor (and have their own independent entrance) while the remaining four are located on the first floor (and share a common landing with table and minibar).

All bedrooms are furnished in an industrial chic style, and are endowed with: Internet Wifi, ensuite bathroom (with shower), air conditioning, hairdryer, tv, minibar, and mosquito nets on the windows. 1 baby cot and 1 high chair are available on request. Pets are allowed on request.

You will also find a laundry service (including washing machine, iron and ironing board) with a fee.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; breakfast.



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (250.00€); extra cleaning (20.00€/hour); laundry service (10.00€); lunch/dinner (40.00€ per person; the menu includes 3 appetizers, 1 first course, 1 second course, water and house wine); events with catering: the catering has to be booked directly with the owners, the cost is 140.00€/adult person (over 10 years) and includes: appetizer buffet, 2 first courses, 2 types of roast meat, dessert buffet and fresh fruit, water and house wine. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
