The property, with views of the village and the sea, is located in Riomaggiore, one of the famous “Cinque Terre,” just 5 minutes from the town center and 10 minutes from the train station.<br><br>The apartment consists of one bedroom, a living room, a second living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, a balcony, and a terrace.<br><br><br><br>*MEDIUM- AND LONG-TERM STAYS ALLOWED*<br><br><br><br>PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is located in a pedestrian zone and is accessible only via a public staircase in Riomaggiore. If you arrive by train, from the station you’ll need to walk to the area near the Church of Riomaggiore, where the staircase begins. If you’re traveling by car, you can park (for a fee) on Provincial Road SP32, from which you’ll descend the staircase, or park (for a fee) at the Silos, 50 meters from the center of Riomaggiore, and access the apartment by climbing the public staircase. In both cases, the walk takes about 10 minutes.
