To reach the property, we strongly advise against driving and instead recommend arriving directly at the station. Once you arrive at the Riomaggiore station, it's about a 5-minute walk, and accessing the main entrance involves climbing several steep steps.
The interior of the house is all on a spiral staircase that connects first the two bedrooms and the bathroom and upstairs the living room with kitchen.

!!IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING!!

By law, you are required to complete an online guest registration form before arrival. The form takes about 10 minutes to complete and must be completed by all travelers.

For last-minute bookings: the form must be completed by 8:00 PM, as our customer service is available from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Rio maggiore falls within climate zone D. This means that, according to the

Italian climate classification, the city has a moderately cold climate in

winter , so heating systems may be turned on for a

maximum of 12 hours per day, from November 1st until April 15th. During

this period, a fee of euro 10/day will be applied to

compensate for heating costs for reservations lasting more than 15 days.
