Cozy & comfy villa with great illumination and natural ventilation located in the Playa Blanca Beach & Lagoon complex in Rio Hato, Cocle just 10 minutes away from Scarlett Martinez International Airport and 90 minutes from Panama City. Playa Blanca is an exclusive tourist residential beach complex with villas, apartments, big lush green areas, the largest pool in Central America, beach club, Playa Blanca Hotel Resort and much more.
The space
Our villa is an ideal place to go on a vacation. It counts with all the commodities that you would need to enjoy an excellent stay. Living Room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 service bedroom, 3 bathrooms, BBQ, AC units, TV with cable, Wi-Fi, an ample garden and terrace, pool in front of the villa, only 10 minutes walking away from the beach. Equipped and decorated with everything you’ll need for a pleasant stay. Only 100 meters from the largest pool in Central America.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a king size bed, the second has 2 single beds, the third has a queen bed and the fourth is a maid's room, it does not have air conditioning, but it has a fan, we do not have baby crib.

The kitchen has all you need to cook, including a Stove with oven, plates, cups, glasses, rice cooker, pressure cooker, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, utensils, etc… The dining table seats 6 people and the terrace also has a dining table and a barbecue for if you would like to make a delicious BBQ.
For your convenience, we also have a washing machine.

The villa can only be used by registered guests. We do not allow unregistered guests. The PH of Playa Blanca and the administration of the PH Napa Village require the information of the people who will be occupying the villa with a copy of their personal identity, be it a passport or personal identity card. It is important that you send me the information so that your check-in goes smoothly at the Playa Blanca & Lagoon Residences checkpoint. They corroborate your information and if the information is entered they will let you pass, otherwise they will not let you pass.
Check In is at 3:00 PM and Check Out is at 11:00 AM.
If the reservation allows itself, we can be flexible about these hours.

Please turn off the AC units when you are not in the immediate vicinity, whenever the windows are open or whenever you leave the premises. We are committed to saving energy and fighting for a cleaner planet.

It is strictly prohibited to smoke on or around the premises.

Remember that you are staying in a home, not a hotel. Treat the premises with respect. If any inconvenience arises, we’ll do everything in our power to take action as soon as possible.

Please respect the other residents. We reserve the right to cancel our service immediately, keeping the entire rent fee if we receive valid complaints from the administration.
Guest access
You will not have to pay to gain access to the saltwater pool, when reserving you can enjoy the pool with up to 6 people. You can access the exclusive resident’s pool area which contains pool chairs and umbrellas. If you need to use the Playa Blanca Resort facilities (Restaurant, Nightclub, Bar), you will need to head to the hotel’s front desk and pay the associated fee for the time period and actions you wish to take in the hotel’s grounds. To the best of our knowledge, there is a 70$ per person fee for a one day pass. In Town Center, there are small buisnesses where you can acquire certain products and also has a restaurant.

Other Noteworthy Locations:

For our guests originating from Canada, the Rio Hato Scarlett Martinez International Airport is 10 minutes away which offers regular & charter flights to more than 60 countries and Air Transit A.T. Inc. to 25 countries. Both Canadian airlines move passengers regularly to and from the airport.

The “Mareas Mall” Strip Mall is 3 km away from the villa, there you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, hardware store. Each one pertaining to major national chains in Panama. For our guests who wish to walk, the mall is 20 minutes away which can be taxing in the Panama sun, whereas a car ride will last only 5 minutes.
