This is a formal complaint regarding my stay at this hotel with my husband John Koenig.
From the first night, the air conditioning in our room did not work properly, which resulted in a terrible night's sleep. We request
Maintenance, but the problem persisted. Then, I was given the option to see another room, but the situation remained the same: the air conditioning did not work properly in the two rooms offered, I was relocated again to a third roomWhere the A/C worked a
Little better than all the others. However, this room was visibly inferior to what I had booked: the bed is smaller, the room is smaller and the closet is also significantly reduced. In addition, the bathroom has no space inside the shower area to put our items and everything was scattered on the floor. This change represented a clear loss of comfort and does not meet the expectations or conditions of the reservation I made.
with my husband, who is American, and our goal was to experience and show the best of Rio de Janeiro. Unfortunately, the experience with the hosting was frustrating and does not match the expected standard. Both my husband and I are wondering if this represents the best that this hotel in Rio de Janeiro has to offer. We shouldn't have faced this kind of problem during our long-awaited vacation in RJ.
