"Amazingly helpful staff. Gym is very basic so don’t expect to go there and work out how you would at home. But other than that it was perfect for a 3-5 day stay."

"The rooms are well appointed with basic amenities, coffee, tea, cream and sugar. Shampoo and conditioner, multiple charging outlets where you need them, supplies available for restocking the kitchenette and linens. Check in and out easy and communication with staff before and during the stay was excellent through the app."

"+ sauberes Zimmer + Kühlschrank & Küche + gute Schallisolation: leise trotz Straßenlage + Späti direkt neben der Tür + gute Anbindung + unkomplizierter Check-In & Check-Out - Wir waren an einem Hitzewochenende da (35-41°C). Auch wenn das Gebäude eine moderne Isolation hat, war es ohne Klimaanlage trotzdem brutal warm im Zimmer. Ventilatoren gab es auch nicht, das würde helfen."

"Sauberes Zimmer und frisches Essen beim Frühstücksbuffet in ausreichender Menge. Zwischen zwei Haltestationen (Ostbahnhof und Warschauer Platz) in der Nähe der Uber Arena gelegen. Gute Anbindung. Freundliches Personal. Leider wurden wir beim Warten auf unser Check In vergessen. Leider betrat das Housekeeping ohne zumindest anzuklopfen unser Zimmer trotz Schild an der Tür, was uns verunsicherte ob der Check Out Zeit, die wir aber noch ca 2,5 Stunden entfernt hatten."

"Not in the best location for visiting Berlin as a tourist. Also no mini fridge provided in the room. The room was nice but a bit small. Staff were very friendly and helpful though when we didn't have a phone charger, also the 24 hour front desk is nice to have. AC was also good. We had a decent stay, but best for a place to crash and didn't spend much time in our room or at the hotel."

"A fantastic stay with all you need for an overnight (and longer) stay in Berlin. The check-in process was smooth and upon request on the day, the host let us check-in early, which was fantastic. An excellent location with public transport and grocery stores nearby. Highly recommend that you visit the Boxhagener Platz area for dinner, drinks or a nice stroll."

"Das wae schon unser 2.Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel als Familie.Die Lage ist sehr zentral.Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.Auch im Zimmer haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt,es war sauber und modern eingerichtet.Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und frisch mit viel Auswahl.Im nächsten Jahr sehr gerne wieder. "The place was better than we were expecting, with nice amenities and well located within the city. It was a great surprise that Numa left the fridge stocked for my birthday - it is greatly appreciated! The only thing I can think of for 'improvements' would maybe be an oven and the TV to work better with the blue tooth casting as it did not work with anyone's phone - kept breaking up every 5-10 minutes. Finding the apartment initially was hard as it was not well marked along the street nor...

"Hotel bien ubicado (delante de una estacion de tren con buena combinacion, limpio y en buen estado. REPETIRIA. La limpieza de la habitacion se debe solicitar en recepción, asi como cambio de toallas, o papel higienico o recogida de basuras.... El unico inconveniente es que cuando solicitas el servicio, les cuesta llevar a cabo el servicio de los puntos solicitados."
