  • Come and experience the beauty of Rincon in this charming one-bedroom apartment, situated in one of the most desired areas of the town. Located just steps away from Steps Beach and the Marina, you`ll have easy access to all the activities and attractions that Rincon has to offer.

    The apartment boasts a partial ocean view, perfect for relaxing in the outdoor hammocks or sitting area. Inside, you`ll find a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, and WiFi for your comfort and convenience. The spacious bedroom also includes air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable night`s sleep.

    With an off-street parking space provided, you`ll have peace of mind knowing your vehicle is secure. And don`t worry about competing for a spot on the beach, as public access is just a quick walk away on the adjacent street.

    This property also offers other rental units, making it a perfect option for larger families or groups of friends traveling together.

    We take great pride in providing a comfortable and fully furnished unit for our guests. Our on-site team is available to assist with any needs that may arise during your stay, ensuring a stress-free vacation.

    With its close proximity to Steps Beach, Tres Palmas, and the Marina, there are plenty of opportunities for water activities and outdoor adventures. And for those looking for a taste of the local nightlife, there are also bars and restaurants within walking distance.

    Although we recommend renting a car for convenience, there are plenty of things to do within walking distance of the apartment.

    Please keep in mind that you are staying in a home, not a hotel. We ask that you treat the space with respect and reach out to us with any issues that may arise during your stay. While there is no one living on site 24/7, we will do our best to address any problems as soon as possible.

Great location if you’re looking for a laid back beach/surf trip. The property is exactly like the pictures and extremely clean. We had a problem with a previous rental property and the host was very quick with responding and easily accessible whenever we needed something having to deal with our last minute booking. Would come back in a heartbeat.

I recently stayed at this VRBO for three days and had a wonderful experience. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient and peaceful, making it easy to relax and enjoy the trip. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, a great place for a short getaway. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great place , beautiful location. Extremely clean nd easy to keep clean. Access to beach just a short walk right from property. Great view of beach from property and surrounding neighborhoods are exceptional as well. Quaint, quiet, relaxing part of town and within walking distance of the Marina at Black Eagle. World class snorkeling right out front as well! Property management is exceptional as well and meet any needs if you should have any!

Fantastic spot

I loved my stay. Just steps to the beach, wonderful rope swing on the beach, great spot to set up a hammock,. could hear the crashing of the waves all night long from the bedroom. Easy walk to other beaches and great food options at the Marina. Would for sure stay again.

Clean, quiet and a quick walk to Black Eagle Beach

Due to the Aguadilla flight schedule, we arrived in the middle of the night and immediately felt safe upon walking into the house. Very clean and cozy, and super responsive managers. While this is right by Steps Beach, we actually spent most of our time at Black Eagle Beach (diving, snorkeling, eating)... Would absolutely stay here again.

Cozy Beach Stay

Staying in Ricon for our 33rd anniversary, this cozy place was perfect for our needs. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful grounds with beach access. Bring your snorkel gear. Hostess was quick addressing any questions we had. We definitely recommend the Reef 2.

The location is beautiful. The patio and beach walk are amazing. Bedroom is comfortable and overall interior is laid out well. Dishes and toiletries were sufficient. The checkin process was easy and convenient. We had a great stay! Thank you
