A comfortable apartment located on the first floor of a renovated building equipped with an elevator (wheelchair accessible).

With 50 square meters of space, it comfortably accommodates 4 people, featuring one double bedroom and two single sofa beds in the living room.

There is one assigned parking space, subject to availability, in the courtyard (NOT covered).



40 meters from the beach; the Historic Center is a 20-minute ride by public transportation.



The interior layout is as follows:



LIVING AREA. Two single sofa beds, TV, portable fan, dining table, and kitchenette equipped with a four-burner gas stove, electric kettle, toaster, moka pot, refrigerator and freezer, electric oven, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils. Split AC unit.

BEDROOM. Double bed, two nightstands with lamps, closet. Split AC unit.

BATHROOM. Shower stall, bidet, toilet, sink, and hair dryer, washing machine.



OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

- From the Rimini train station, you can take bus no. 11 toward Riccione to the “Regina Elena” stop, located right in front of the property. Alternatively, you can walk to the apartment in about 25 minutes along the picturesque waterfront.



From Rimini’s Federico Fellini International Airport—the closest to the city—you can reach the property in about 15 minutes by car or taxi.



If you’re traveling by car, there is an assigned parking space, subject to availability, inside the courtyard (NOT covered).



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the “Alloggiati Web” police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Late check-in:

- From 21:30 - 23:00:25.00 euros;
