    ✔ Quiet neighborhood off the main highway

    What our guests love about our listing:

    - Located in a quiet neighborhood in a beautiful little valley
    - Sleeps up to 4 with a queen bed and full size loft style bed.
    - Easy self-check-in via lockbox.
    - Plenty of parking space.
    - Large yard for hanging out or playing games/activities.
    - Easy access to tons of nearby fishing spots.

    What some guests may not like about our listing:
    - Its a camper/RV, so not a full house. This may not be the best fit for some.

    Our camper comfortably sleeps 4 with 1 queen bed and a full size bed. The property occupancy supports 4 individuals.

    Complimentary WiFi, live TV and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge and stove along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

    You will have access to the entire property during your stay, however the outdoor areas are shared. We have another RV space that we rent out occasionally, so there may be someone staying at the other RV space when you are there. This means the grassy areas and gazebo etc can be shared at times.

    We do not live near the property but have plenty of ways to help during your stay if needed. We have tried to make your stay as seamless as possible to make things easier for both parties.

    *Cancellations* Please keep in mind that we do stick to the cancellation policy on our listing and we do not make exceptions. This includes for family emergencies, contract changes, travel delays etc (anything that is out of our control as the host). We strongly recommend getting travel insurance if you have concerns with this, as it is not expensive and provides you peace of mind.

We were the first guests to reserve this property. The hosts were very responsive answering our questions and understanding our concerns. Several amenities mentioned in the ad we're missing. TV, coffee, plates, mugs, cups, bowls, trash receptacles. The drop down vet was a little low making it difficult to sit at the table. We were unable to lock the door when we left and also advised the hosts of this and am confident they will take care of that as well.There were many ways to prepare food but nothing to put it in or on. I believe the hosts will be taking care of this before the next rent. The trailer is in a very cute, safe neighborhood. Very close to town. With a few tweaks by the hosts this will easily become a fully operational, affordable place to stay! We definitely will be back.
