This property is conveniently located within walking distance to the town grocery store, restaurants and city park. It has a very large covered patio area to enjoy BBQing and dining outdoors. From the back patio, there are views of the mountains. It is a peaceful home away from home.

Worth the stay!

We were in town for a fishing tournament; the location was ideal! The home had everything you would need and was as advertised. The beds were comfortable and the home was clean! We appreciated the upgraded soaps and lotions in the bathrooms. Seems like a small gesture, but it was definitely noticed😊. While we didn’t use the backyard since it was cold, it would be ideal for a place to relax when the weather is nice. We had a small hiccup and the host was quick to respond and offer a solution! We plan on staying here again in the future! Thanks for hosting us!!

Beautiful house

This is a beautiful house in a quiet location. There were six of us on a short family trip, and we especially enjoyed hanging out on the covered patio around the fire pit. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely try to book again if we are back in the area.

This is a great home for a group of friends or family. We used the kitchen to prep meals, BBQ'd outside and then enjoyed dining in the covered patio. The updates fit in nicely with the original house. The yard has a great privacy fence (not needed as the neighborhood was very quiet) and the landscaping is very lush and green (I garden alot so I appreciated this touch). We were in town to raft and we had the day before and the day after to explore, relax and enjoy the area. The house was a welcoming place to return to for meals, showers, games and visiting.

Great place!

The house was great! Layout is funky but super comfortable and functional. The best part is definitely the outdoor space, we enjoyed hanging out on the patio. It's also an easy walk into town.

Great place !!

Howard’s Hideaway is wonderful! Plenty of space for our group and great proximity to the center of town! The owner had it stocked with most everything you might need! And communication was exceptional! Definitely will be staying here again!

We’ll be back!

Perfect location to stay with friends during Women With Bait. House is well maintained and large enough for us to hang out after a day on the river. It’s a quick 15 minute walk to the bars and restaurants downtown. We’ll definitely be back Tessa! Thanks for the good times Riggins!

Hunting trip

Rented this house for a week long hunting trip in November. Communication with the host was fantastic. The residence is updated and very well kept. location of the residence made trips to the store, gas station and hunting spots convenient. Will definitely rent again in the future.

A Perfect gathering place for a family or other event

The house had ample room, comfy beds with nice bedding. The decor and furniture was nice, to sprawl and visit. Kitchen was adequate, well stocked for cooking. The outdoor space was large and. covered for the weather. I would rent it again a heartbeat! The only drawback was the smoke from the forest fire. We cannot control Mother Nature.

This property was walking distance to town and in a delightful neighborhood. We felt like we were in our own home with all the amenities. Peaceful Riggins Retreat

This home worked perfectly for our family! While the pictures featured helped us select this home to stay in, upon arrival we found the home even better than the pictures!!! There are awesome outdoor living spaces too. Host has gone to great lengths to ensure your stay is enjoyable - it definitely was for us & we look forward to staying here again for our next fishing adventure. Great family rental

Howard's Hideaway is a great family rental. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, especially as it was covered while raining:) Fire pit was perfect to sit around and visit, even roasted some smores. Definitely use again and recommend.

Beautiful property

We really enjoyed staying here. The yard was perfect for the portable corn hole we brought and we were pleasantly surprised to find that there were Bluetooth speakers on the patio. There are a few suggestions that I'd like to make though. Possibly switch out the upstairs shower head to something smaller, it would work better in the smaller shower space. Replace the pillows in the master bdrm, they were soft but very thick. I used one from the spare bdrm that was great. Lastly, provide instructions on how to connect the TV. We couldn't figure it out but we weren't too worried about it since we were outback enjoying the yard. Very minor things, we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
