Our electricity had went out due to weather so we had to go to a hotel due to lack of heat at our house. When we got there the staff seemed very uncaring and otherwise distracted hanging out with each other talking in a group. The pool was closed down as well as the kitchen. The rooms were dirty ...

Yes it was very clean, very big, staff was very nice. My bathroom sink clogged and I couldn't get it figured out so I called the front desk and they were very quick getting that taken care of.
