"Above average"

"I hated the bed and the pillows. Bed was super firm and the pillows were like 12 inch squares instead of the normal pillow size. Walls were really thin there was a baby crying most of the night and i wasnt able to sleep. Super fustrating. I wasnt intown for leisure. I had work at mayo early the next morning and just needed rest i was not able to get that. "

"Cleaning Staff were friendly and efficient. Ceilings in hall ways desperately need to be cleaned near vents. Pool and room set ups were nice. Breakfast was good."

"Breakfast options were great. More tables for 4 would be nice, most were for 2 unless you move tables around. We had a suite and it was plenty big for our needs. There is a grab bar to get into the shower but one anything to hold onto once in the shower, this makes it dangerous for a disabled person. This stay we also had loud upstairs neighbors that sounded like a herd of watet buffalo above us waking us up super early. Will still stay over and over for Mayo trips!"

"Great facility, helpful staff, convenient location, necessary shuttle to hospital and clinics, nice hot tub, pool and workout area—- it was all we hoped for with a bonus Wednesday happy hour. "

"Parking was good. The shuttle to Mayo was very helpful. With all the construction going on, it was great to be let off right at the door. The breakfast - I didn't really like having to take the cold food from the frig and heat it in the microwave. There were many trying to use at the same time. The elevator system was odd getting to the 4th floor"

"The hotel itself had all the amenities. The room tv stand that had the microwave and fridge the doors did not close properly. It was difficult to get to the fridge as the tv stand door kept closing in on it. The closet door had stains on it as well and the light pole had not been wiped down. The staff was wonderful and parking was easy!"

"Parking lot was full and had to park on street, did get a parking ticket. "

"The 3 best aspects of the property are the shuttle service to Mayo, the free parking & Twigs. But we do think the overall view is that the building is old & needs updates badly."

"The hotel was modern and clean, breakfast was lovely. My only complaint. I arrived 50 minutes before check in. Clerk said, “your room is ready.” To have early entry it costs $20. Typically if the room is ready you can go in for no charge. I resented that and found it to be tacky. "

"The rooms, are great, nice breakfast. You need a new coffee machine, the of breakfast, attendants has to work on it, every day. It, X-Ray was great!"

"Check in was easy. The room was excellent! We loved the layout and location. Kitchen was fully equipped and parking was easy and safe. We will definitely book again. "
