"メイン道路に面している部屋でトゥクトゥクや車のクラクションの騒音が夜まで続きます。 部屋のドアの上部がガラス？のようで廊下が見えるのですが天井が高いので何かに登らないと見えないです。ただ、やっぱり気になります。鍵穴の周りがガタついていて開いてしまうのではと心配になります。 ツインでとったら、勝手にダブルにされアップグレードだけど同じ料金だからと。変更前に連絡するべきではないかと思いました。 スタッフにカレーでオススメのレストランを聞いても、センターに行けばいっぱいあるからと。冷たい。 水道管が少し漏れてる。 ..."

"The customer had to cancel the order since she got terribly sick. Expedia said they tried to contact the hotel, and according to Expedia the hotel didn’t respond. Expedia is also responsible for the trauma the customer encountered."

"Stayed in family/ presidential suite. Two bedrooms with en suites. Plus a lounge in-between them. So loads of space. Views good, though you have to look over neighbours tin roofs. Pool on roof is lovely. The suite is below the pool, so some signs of damp on ceiling."
