House Black Forest

This is a duplex appartment. On the ground floor there is a corridor, a bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet, a large kitchen and a living room with fireplace and stairs to the upper floor, which consists of a large elongated well lit room with sloping roof. It contains a workplace, a single bed with wardrobe and, after a room divider, a double bed and a large sideboard. The appartment is very generously laid out. Outside there is a seating area where you can also have a barbecue. The environment is very quiet.

At the beginning of the rental period, a visitor's tax is levied (see under "Total price, paid in the property"), which allows, among other things, free use of public transport up to Karlsruhe, Basel and Erzingen. In the case of a commercial stay, the tourist tax is waived.
