"Beautiful hotel , lovely large rooms & the most comfortable bed! Actually looked up the pillow brand, because they were the most comfortable pillows I’ve slept on ."

Omni Richmond Hotel
"The room...we upgraded to a superior room ...was very noisy...like no insulation...you could plainly hear people in other rooms talking....NO wifi...you have to PAY...no parking...you have to PAY 35 bucks every day...and no free breakfast....you have to pay for everything and the staff was not helpful....never ..."

"I was quite surprised by how clean, and well maintained they keep the rooms and facilities. Not a lot of flair, but clean and comfortable. Better condition than some 5 star rated hotels I’ve stayed in. It’s clear the management here cares and is doing a great job. The evening food and drinks, really ..."

Hyatt Place Richmond Airport
"I’ve stayed here many times before and loved it but they are now a Hyatt select and there were changes made. My room was not as clean as in the past and the a/c did not work properly. I wish it stayed the way it was."
