Surrounded by acclaimed restaurants, this is a walker's paradise close to 3 parks with commanding city skyline views and the mighty James River. Close to downtown, the Capital Trail, state government and Richmond International Airport/ this second floor space is in a meticulously restored historic home built in 1871.
The space
This apartment is part of farm-house style home loaded with Italianate features of the late 19th century. Meticulously restored and updated for comfortable and efficient 21st century living, this cozy retreat offers a quiet, private and upscale experience in the heart of one of the hippest neighborhoods in the city. Beautiful place to stay in RVA

Historic Heaven!!

Overall a wonderful visit. Really made the trip all the better, would definitely recommend and stay again. Loved being able to come back to a comfortable cozy town house after a long day of exploring, with convenient location.

perfect weekend apartment

Comfortable and beautifully decorated upstairs apartment in a quiet neighborhood (fully separate from an attached main house). Amazing pizza right across the street at Secret Squares; order ahead. It was a great spot for walking and short drives to other parts of the city.

Great stay in Church Hill

This second floor apartment brings modern convenience to the historic space. Everything works as it should, and the space is well appointed and very clean. Great neighborhood with several restaurants within a three-block radius. Good communication with David and simple access. Highly recommend.

Felt like home

Phenomenal Apartment Stay

Just dropped into Richmond for a quick one night stay with my wife, and found this listing. This apartment was just what we were looking for, quiet, gorgeous and very spacious. A hidden gem

This is a beautifully appointed, luxurious apartment with everything you could need for a short or extended stay. If arriving after dark, the entrance can be a bit tricky to find as it's tucked at the end of a short driveway without any lighting. Truly a hidden gem!

Perfect location

This is a gorgeous place, with many mirrors, beautiful wainscoting, and a fantastic location in Church Hill. We walked to Libby Park and had a really relaxing time looking over the river. Also walked to The Hill Cafe a block away. Everything worked out perfectly for our stay.
